Welcome one and all to the Legacy Elementary Lion’s blog
site and first official blog post! Yes, this is very exciting! What should you
expect on the Legacy Blog and with future Blog Posts?
As for the blog itself, we are looking to have this be
another powerful communication tool for families, friends and beyond to access
to see what is happening here at Legacy as a whole, in specific classrooms, and
your child/children.
I am hoping that ALL of you are already following Legacy
on Twitter - @Legacy2gether - , but if not there is always time to join and
room in the “Twitter World” for you! While on twitter you will see things
happening in your child’s classroom, here at Legacy, links to other great blog
posts/articles, inspirational quotes, and so much more!
We will also feature information on our blog from the
wonderful Legacy PTO, school newsletters and exciting videos here at
Legacy…including the very popular Marky
in the Morning talk show that occurs live every Friday morning here on
campus.
Marky in the
Morning takes place in a different location/classroom most every Friday
morning. There is always a couple students featured on each episode that
represent their peers and some of the wonderful things they are doing here at
Legacy. These episodes and other videos are going to be on our Legacy YouTube
channel and available for your viewing pleasure!
